In addition to the obvious aesthetic benefits, plants also have many other benefits for health and well-being.

Such as:

  • Absorb toxins and clean the air.
  • Reduce minor ailments often linked to Sick Building Syndrome such as stress, fatigue, coughs and headaches.
  • Improve concentration and productivity and generally make us feel better.
  • Absorb noise and smells and help to reduce dust pollution which improves comfort levels.
  • Shading and cooling.

Indoor Garden Design works closely with Plants for People. If you have any particular queries regarding the benefits of plants please contact Colleen Smith
